1. Definitions

• "thultranest", "we", "us", "our" — thultranest, a financial education provider registered in Bangkok, Thailand.
• "Service" — the website at buildoras.space and all workshop programs offered by thultranest.
• "User", "you", "participant" — any individual accessing the website or enrolling in a workshop.
• "Content" — all materials, workbooks, frameworks, and written resources provided by thultranest.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a contact form, enrolling in a workshop, or using this website, you confirm that you:

• • Are aged 18 or over, or have parental consent where applicable
• • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• • Accept these terms in full without modification

3. Service Description

thultranest provides in-person financial education workshops in Bangkok, Thailand. Our current programs are:

• • Money Mindset Workshop (3 sessions)
• • Credit & Lending Literacy (2 sessions)
• • Family Financial Planning (multi-session)

All workshops are educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or regulated financial planning services under Thai law.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from thultranest. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. thultranest reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion.

5. Payment Terms

Workshop fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all session materials, printed workbooks, and post-workshop follow-up access unless otherwise specified. Payment must be completed before the first session of the enrolled workshop.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of booking confirmation.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]:

• • 7 or more days before first session: full refund
• • 3–6 days before first session: 50% refund or credit toward a future workshop
• • Less than 3 days before: no refund; credit may be offered at thultranest's discretion

If thultranest cancels a workshop, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

7. User Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• • Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
• • Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared by others in sessions
• • Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without written consent
• • Not use workshop materials for commercial purposes

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, workbooks, frameworks, and materials are the intellectual property of thultranest. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any thultranest materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Disclaimers

thultranest workshops are provided for educational purposes only. We do not:

• • Provide licensed financial planning or investment advice
• • Guarantee specific financial outcomes from attending a workshop
• • Act as your financial advisor or agent

All financial decisions remain solely your responsibility. We strongly encourage consulting a licensed financial professional for personalized advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, thultranest's total liability for any claim arising from participation in a workshop or use of this website shall not exceed the fee paid for the relevant workshop. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold thultranest harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of workshop materials, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law.

12. Termination

thultranest reserves the right to exclude a participant from a workshop without refund if they engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful conduct during sessions. Either party may terminate any ongoing arrangement with written notice.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
